SEVENth Brunch opened its doors in 2021, in the heart of Lisbon, with the mission of offering much more than just a simple morning meal. Since day one, our goal has been to create a space where every brunch is a complete experience.

A journey of faith, flavor and inspiration

SEVENth Brunch was created by Eduardo, an entrepreneur inspired by his Christian faith, his passion for gastronomy and his desire to offer something different. Combining purpose and talent, he created a space where people would feel welcomed and inspired, transforming each meal into a meaningful experience — a principle that continues to guide our journey.

Growth with purpose

After the warm welcome in Lisbon, SEVENth Brunch grew quickly, but with its feet firmly on the ground. Today, we have four branches in Portugal — in Chiado (Lisbon), Cascais and Porto — all faithful to our essence: quality, hospitality and inspiration.

Beyond borders

With a solid foundation in Portugal, we are now expanding beyond our borders. Our first international location is currently being implemented in Madrid, Spain — a new chapter that marks the beginning of SEVENth Brunch’s global presence, with plans to expand into more countries within and outside of Europe.
